- Cover gatefolds comprise three pages on 54 lb. coated cover stock. The three pages are billed at the advertiser’s full-run space and color rates, plus a noncommissionable production charge of $10,750.
- The inside front cover position premium of $6,075 is also charged for a front cover gatefold. The inside back cover position premium of $4,090 is charged for a back cover gatefold.
- For inside front cover gatefolds, the facing right hand page, printed on 38 lb. supercalendared (SCA) coated stock, can be added at the advertiser’s full-run space and color rate.
- Centerspread gatefolds consist of eight pages on cover stock. The eight pages are billed at the advertiser’s full-run space and color rates, plus a noncommissionable production charge of $22,575. The centerspread position premium of $8,125 is also charged.
