Residential Rentals Advertising Rates
Rate Qualifications - The following rates apply to classified advertising for the rental of apartments, houses and townhouses, as well as rental services in the local rate area, which is composed of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.
Local rates apply when either the property or the advertiser’s billing address is located within the local rate area. In cases where both the property and the advertiser’s billing address are located outside of the local rate area, General rates apply.
