Space Reservations
14 days in advance of insert date and before inserts are shipped.
Multiple Run Dates
Quantities for different dates must be shipped separately with each run date clearly marked.
Early Deliveries
Preprints are accepted no more than 13 days in advance for Sunday distribution and 7 days in advance for daily distribution. Post Plus materials are accepted no more than 15 days in advance of the in-home date.
Identification
Pallet markers and a bill of lading are required for all shipments. Complete packing and shipping specifications are available.
Distribution
Changes to distribution order cannot be made once materials have been received by The Washington Post.
